Run first in 2006, ALPS holds a Summer Swimmer Synchro Meet (scores for 2011) for competitors who are summer swimmers. There is no longer a Summer Swimmer category at the Junior Solo & Duet Competition, the Senior Solo & Duet Competition or the Team Finals Competition.

To be eligible to compete in the Summer Swimmer Synchro Meet, competitors may not have any winter synchro experience at the competitive level, however the competition is open to swimmers in synchro lessons, summer or winter. Please read the ALPS Synchro rules for full details of eligibility.

This competition is open to participants from all 22 ALPS pools, whether or not the pool has a competitive synchro program. The meet took place this year on August 11th at Windermere Pool.
